For few years, yoga has been a vital part of my life. After delivering a baby last year through C section, I suffered from hormonal imbalances. I was suffering from high blood pressure, high pulse rate, diabetes, and anxiety. I came to realize how much additional tension I was accumulating in my body in response to these diseases- just the fear of it. My friend suggested me to restart yoga with Swapna. Through consistent practice with Swapna, her guidance, motivation as well as my own morning and evening routine, I have overcome from medicines for high BP, Tachycardia. My diabetes is well under control. Her way of teaching asanas meditation, Sudharshan kriya, I really got past my health issues, both psychologically (the fear part) and physically (by learning what stretches are most effective for me).
She customised the yoga practice as per need of my body. I started doing practice with her just after 2 months of delivery of baby through surgery. I lost half of my pregnancy weight and inches.
